Oakland IV: Guacamole + Tortilla Chips

An old friend recently made homemade guacamole and tortilla chips from scratch. He quartered a stack of tortillas, poured a generous amount of oil into the pan, and fried them up. He layed them over napkins to cool and dry. Beforehand, he prepared guacamole with a few avocados and a dash of salt and pepper. We sprinkled a little salt over the tortilla chips and enjoyed them with our homemade guacamole. Mmm. It was pretty quick, fun and easy to make. Thanks, A.P.
